My meal plan consisted of a daily routine similar to this (this is just an example)
Breakfast: fasting
Lunch (noon): 5 oz Chicken breast, half cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup green beans and 1 skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Meal #2: (2:30p) Max High 5 protein powder, 1 T. nat. peanut butter, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal (all blended together)
Meal #3: (5:00p) High 5 protein shake, 1 cup strawberries, 1 piece whole wheat toast, 1 T. peanut butter
Meal #4: (7:00p) As a salad, 3 oz. chicken breast with salad veggies, 1 cup e.v.o.o (1 T. spoon), 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup blueberries mix together)
TOTAL: 130g carb / 140 gp / 40g fat
intermittent Fasting
8p - 12p FAST - 12p - 8p FEED
